Intelectual Outputs
The pandemic situation has brought at all levels a situation of social estrangement caused by physical distancing. This has fostered the growth of "fear of different" and n consequent increase in educational poverty; a situation that is not conducive to the socio-scholastic inclusion of children with rare disease and frailty; Rareducando Digital Education is a path that approaches use of inclusive digital education, providing teachers and parents with a new spirit of opportunity for all.
INTELECTUAL OUTPUTS
E -COURSE
The target group that gives life to the project and participates in the creation-implementation actions technical/socio/scientific data-coordination-monitoring, is the Staff of the 2 partners, technical experts and trainers who identify a contact person per organisation, responsible for the project and its execution. Availability is both present and online according to current health needs.
We created an E-COURSE in English, Italian and Greek in the MOODLE PLATFORM of ALTERA VITA
DATA BASE
Internationally, each state has its own database applicable to rare diseases. These, in fact. do not have the same recognition everywhere, as they are dependent on territorial incidence. In any case, there are references used and usable by the international landscape. We will learn what they are, how to use them, and how to apply them to everyday,
EDMODO
As a platform for collaborating teachers, parents and pupils we will use Edmodo, which is an excellent example of a social platform aimed at school environments, used by millions of teachers, students and parents around the world to stay in touch and exchange experiences. The flexibility of use and the possibility of multi-language represent its strengths, as it can be used to carry out different types of activities.
STORYTELLING VIDEOS
The world of rare diseases is told by first-hand accounts from parents, children, and teachers.
We created storytelling videos, as testimonials and educational use in the E-course.
We have also created a YOUTUBE channel for the dissemination of these videos
E COURSES
The E-course has 10 modules and includes presentations from experts, storytelling videos, a database, and a bibliography.
